Territory Sales Manager- Major Contract

As a major supplier of trucks and material haulage to the construction industry, our client is looking for an experienced, charismatic and driven territory sales manager to become part of the Sydney team. In this position, you’ll be focused on one major project to ensure relationships are maintained and opportunities are secured.

Your duties will include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with a tier one construction company
  • Problem solve supply issues and ensure a high quality of service is maintained
  • Work-out pay rates to contractors
  • Identify potential improvements to efficacy and productivity
  • Effectively communicate with the support team in the office

Your experience will also include:

  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and qualities.
  • Ability to develop strong customer relationships that translate into strong revenue generation and customer loyalty.
  • Experience in quarry materials will be highly regarded

You must have:

  • Vehicle License
  • Knowledge of the Sydney metropolitan area
  • An understanding of heavy vehicle regulation
  • Great written and verbal communication skills

To be successful in your application for this position you need to have a technical mind with a sound understanding of the infrastructure and/or the construction industry.
