Custom home builder seeking an experienced residential drafter to help deliver their award winning homes

The position will see you draft / document using AutoCAD highly detailed working drawings and town planning documentation for residential projects. Key duties will include siting plans, checking and quality control of external contractors work and some involvement in preliminary design stage.
In order to be considered for this opportunity you will have a strong residential drafting background having worked in either a design and construct or residential documentation environment. AutoCAD skills, town planning knowledge and an ability to work autonomously is essential.
The successful candidate would expect to receive a salary in range of $70-90k+ super commensurate with your experience.
