Our client is one of largest a meat retailers in Melbourne. They currently have exciting growth plans over the next few years, so it’s the perfect time for a motivated candidate to join and experience the growth.

The Role

You will be responsible for the ongoing development and execution of the Food Safety/HACCP Program. This will be ensuring the QA/HCCP Program meets with company/legislative requirements.

Key Requirements

You will be required to possess a minimum of 2 -3 years experience as Quality manager in the meat processing environment with proven experience in the management of HACCP & QA Systems, external and internal auditing as well as involvement in innovation, research and development. Experience with and knowledge of Prime Safe standards is also highly desirable.
