Leading Hand Landscaper

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced hands-on leading hand/ Landscaper with a proven track record delivering high quality Landscapes. Together with strong leadership skills you’ll be work daily to contribute and expand our clients niche area of expertise.

2017 is booked with contracts and our client need someone to grow as the business does, take on responsibility and help drive the business. This position is a great opportunity with contracts for 2017 signed; and even more work coming.

Key functions of this position include:

• Read landscape plans and make decisions
• Set-out projects and contribute to the ordering of materials
• Coordinating staff and subcontractors to efficiently complete projects
• Be a point of contact for clients on-site
• Track any variations to the project if they arise
• Working with the boys and leading by example
• Keep the sites safe and productive

Skills and attributes:

• Be a qualified Landscaper
• Organised and committed to being a part of a team
• Hard working and able to build good relationships
• Lead by example
