Your duties will include, take-off, measure and price quantities, work with the team and suppliers to source current and real-time costings, Prepare project cost plans , prepare budgets, prepare material and labour quantities for site foreman’s, check on changes of design to assess the effects on cost , monitor cost saving/over run and assist in decisions of design changes. This position is great for someone wanting to put there stamp on a business and thyre open to new systems and software to streamline processes.
