This medium sized company within the services industry is looking for an experienced Credit Officer to join their team on a permanent base.

The Role

Reporting into the Finance Manager, this Credit Officer position offers flexible work hours and excellent work life balance.
The role is a stand alone Credit Officer position which will allow you manage and take full responsibility over your own ledger.

 

Responsibilities

  • Timely collection of debts on designated ledger
  • Negotiation of payment plans
  • Point of contact for client queries
  • Work with team members to achieve targets
  • Accounts receivable functions when necessary
  • Maintaining good customer relationships

 

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a credit control position
  • Great attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Strong customer service and conflict management skills
